The chapters include the reasons for which the lesson plan was developed at each author's institution, the learning objectives, components of the in-class instruction, handouts distributed to classes, hands-on exercises or student activities, evaluation, and suggestions for teaching variations. Some special bibliographies are included, such as the Bibliography of WWW Sites Related to Web Instruction in the chapter "World Wide Web Navigation; Teaching Small Groups in 50 Minutes Using Hands-on Exercises" ... . The HTML documentation for three web tutorials is provided as well."
